Max Winter began his career as an Art Director while still studying, working on various editorial projects. As part of the graphic team at Capital, he collaborated on a more dynamic interpretation of the magazine’s existing visual identity. He later fully conceptualized and executed the widely circulated magazine for the TV format Die Höhle der Löwen, and has been directing the client magazine 30 Grad for Mühle in print and digital since its launch.
His background in editorial design taught him to distill complex information into clear, compelling visual stories. Today, this expertise is applied to telling the stories of brands, products, and cultural initiatives through striking typography and imagery, making them engaging, understandable, and visually distinctive.
Max Winter also works as a Senior Art Director on interim projects, most recently at muehlhausmoers for clients including Hyundai and Autostadt. He helped guide the creative vision, overseeing editorial design and production across multiple award-winning magazines.
