A photographic book of travel studies, highlighting subtle narratives and keen attention to visual detail.

Out of Office presents 92 travel photographs taken by Maximilian Virgili during the early stages of his photographic work. The images focus on observation, composition, and subtle narrative cues, capturing fleeting moments from various locations with clarity and visual balance.
We designed the 144-page softcover book together with Andreas Duschek to present the photographs cohesively while emphasizing the rhythm and flow of the series. Each copy is signed and numbered (edition of 300), underscoring the collectible nature of the work. An index at the end of the book lists the numbered photographs alongside their respective locations, providing context for each image in the series.
