A flexible visual identity and annual concept for Berlin Questions, reflecting evolving themes in society, governance, and urban life.

Berlin Questions is an annual conference exploring critical societal issues, from urban development and social cohesion to democracy, global challenges, and cultural shifts. The studio developed a full redesign, including the logotype, visual system, and key elements, ensuring each edition reflects the yearly theme while maintaining overall recognition. The identity evolves annually: grids, website structure, and logotype remain consistent, while key visuals, colors, and typography adapt to the conference’s focus.
The design scope spans stage design, website, social media, Out-of-Home media, merchandise, and printed materials, including stationery. Animations were produced in collaboration with Aljoscha Höhborn to enrich digital content. The flexible approach allows the identity to accommodate changing themes, from city-specific challenges to global crises, while emphasizing clarity, accessibility, and narrative cohesion across all media.
